Your Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their financial circumstances and tailor solutions.
- Negotiate effective payment plans that are beneficial for both clients and the company.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and agreements with clients.
- Follow up consistently to ensure commitments are met and relationships are nurtured.
- Collaborate with your team to share insights and improve collective performance.
Requirements
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Experience in debt collections or a related field is a bonus, but not mandatory!
- Proven ability to negotiate and communicate effectively.
- A passion for helping others and resolving conflicts.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage sensitive information.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a team setting.
