Maid Sailors is a top-rated residential cleaning service in New York City. We are looking to hire a professional cleaner to join our team as a cleaning Supervisor.

We are seeking an individual who will provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to the team to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction; and enforce quality control measures to ensure consistent service delivery. Lead by example by actively participating in hands-on work when necessary, especially during peak times, or to demonstrate best practices to the team. Maintain open and transparent communication channels within the team.

Requirements for all applicants. You must

• Experience training or leading a team in the cleaning industry
• Have 2 years of consistent residential cleaning experience.
• Be able to speak, read, and write English 
• Spanish fluency is highly preferred
• Be legally authorized to work in the US
• Have no allergies or fears of Pets (Dogs, Cats, Birds, etc)
• Have HIGH cleaning standards and the ability to travel to all boroughs with supplies.
• Be Good problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
• Be professional and have AMAZING customer service.
