Key Responsibilities :-

  • Responsible for yearly target agreement with distributors.
  • Responsible for sales planning and evaluation, also making sure forecast accuracy of distributors
  • Responsible for alignment with Product Manager and Demand Planner for distributors product fulfillment
  • Responsible on monitoring inventory level movement at distributors level
  • Responsible for evaluating local support running (start, pause, stop/continue) based on effectiveness also

national trade promo execution including on time claim process

  • Responsible for evaluating distributors sales process and sales team performance and productivity
  • Responsible for determining distributors financing methods including AR Management.
  • Responsible for visiting each distributor once a month and doing a join market visit.
  • Responsible for distributors quarterly sell-in performance and monthly invoicing.
  • Responsible for doing Wavin Geographical Expansion based on Market Opportunity
