Main Objective

Own and support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for delivery drivers, ensuring sufficient driver supply, a smooth onboarding experience, and operational readiness to support regional delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

Driver Recruitment

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for delivery drivers, including candidate communication, initial screening, eligibility verification, and hiring follow-ups.

  • Support and maintain driver recruitment channels (e.g., online platforms, referrals), improving recruitment efficiency and candidate quality.

  • Partner with regional operations teams to understand driver demand and support workforce planning to ensure adequate delivery capacity.

Driver Onboarding & Compliance

  • Coordinate and execute driver onboarding processes, including document collection, identity and qualification verification, system entry, and account setup.

  • Guide new drivers through onboarding materials, app usage, and basic operational procedures to ensure readiness for delivery work.

  • Ensure onboarding processes comply with internal policies and applicable local regulations.

Communication & Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers during the recruitment and onboarding stages, addressing questions related to onboarding steps, system access, and basic policies.

  • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication to deliver a positive driver onboarding experience.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to support driver activation and engagement.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Track and maintain recruitment and onboarding metrics such as conversion rates, onboarding timelines, and driver activation status.

  • Identify process gaps and provide recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency and onboarding effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers and internal stakeholders.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple recruitment and onboarding workflows simultaneously.

  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing recruitment demands.

  • Willingness and ability to commute to New York office locations (Brooklyn 10%, Manhattan 40%, and Queens 50%) on a rotating basis.
