We’re committed to warm, personal patient care in a relaxed mountain-community setting, and we’re looking for a Dental Assistant who shares our passion for helping patients feel confident, supported, and comfortable.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the dentist and hygienist chairside during procedures (general & cosmetic)
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize/organize instruments, maintain infection control protocols
- Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and assist with imaging as needed
- Provide patient support and education: explain procedures, help with comfort, answer questions
- Maintain patient records, update charts, and ensure timely documentation
- Work with the team to optimize patient flow, ensure efficient scheduling and a great experience
- Be ready to support both routine and more advanced procedures (implants, sedation, etc.) as you grow
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for patient care
- Comfortable working in a busy, multi-doctor and multi-service practice
- Strong attention to detail, especially with infection control and documentation
- Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients of all ages
- Prior dental assistant experience preferred, but we’re happy to train a motivated candidate with health-care or customer-service experience
- Willingness to adapt and grow, this is more than just a job; it’s a career path
- Utah dental assistant certification or ability to obtain it (if required by state/role)

- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: Closed
