Dental Health Associates (DHA) in Madison, WI is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our Fitchburg - South clinic, with openings on Dr. Hannah Markquart (Friday off) and Dr. Beth Wagner's (Wednesda off) teams. These positions offer a supportive environment, opportunities for growth, and a 4-day work week.

Compensation
Starting at $20 per hour, with opportunities to earn more based on experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
- Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and schedule appointments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Foster a positive experience for patients through exceptional care and communication.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellent patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
- Previous dental assistant experience.
- Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a dental assistant program is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.
