Your Role

  • Greet and support patients in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner

  • Assist the doctor using efficient four-handed dentistry

  • Capture accurate digital x-rays and impressions

  • Document clinical notes in Denticon

  • Prepare, clean, and restock operatories in accordance with OSHA and infection control protocols

  • Sterilize instruments and support smooth daily clinical flow

  • Assist with patient scheduling and recall follow-ups as needed

  • Participate in morning huddles, team meetings, and ongoing practice improvement

What You Bring

  • Previous dental assisting experience preferred

  • Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Excellent time management and comfort using digital systems

  • Experience with restorative, endodontic, periodontal, and oral surgery procedures is a plus

  • Employment Type: W-2, Full-Time

  • Schedule: Full-time schedule aligned with office hours

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
