Your Role
Welcome patients and create a warm, professional experience
Assist the doctor using efficient four-handed dentistry
Take accurate digital x-rays and impressions
Document and maintain clinical notes in Denticon
Prepare, clean, and restock operatories in compliance with OSHA and infection control standards
Sterilize instruments and support smooth daily clinical operations
Assist with patient scheduling and recall follow-ups as needed
Participate in morning huddles, team meetings, and continuous practice improvement
What You Bring
Prior dental assisting experience preferred
Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent time management and comfort with digital systems
Experience in restorative, endodontic, periodontal, and oral surgery procedures is a plus

Employment Type: W-2, Full-Time
Schedule: Full-time schedule aligned with office hours
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
