Dental Front Desk/New Patient Coordinator

Join our practice as a New Patient Coordinator! We are a forward-thinking organization dedicated to delivering top-notch dental care. As our New Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive outstanding care and support throughout their dental care journey. We see about 150 new patients per month so you will be busy!

Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, coordinating patient records, and providing a welcoming environment for all patients. We are looking for a passionate individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has exceptional communication skills. We get many leads in online that you will follow up with by phone and schedule.

MUST be fluent in Spanish and English. MUST have dental office experience.

Monday- Thursday  8:45 - 5

Friday- 8:45 - 2:30

Saturdays(2-3 per month):  7:45 - 2:30

Paid overtime when you go over 40 hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dental office setting is a MUST
• Some treatment coordinator or sales skills a plus
• MUST be fluent in Spanish and English
• Comfortable with making calls and handling large quantities of emails
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using computers and healthcare management software
