Join a patient-first dental team in beautiful McCall, where quality care and small-town charm meet. McCall Dental Care is hiring a friendly and organized Hygiene Assistant to support our hygienists and keep our clinic running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare treatment rooms and assist hygienists chairside
• Sterilize instruments and manage infection control protocols
• Help with charting, x-rays, and patient flow
• Create a calm, welcoming experience for every patient

Who You Are:

• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Great communicator with a team mindset
• Previous dental experience or certification a plus (but not required)
