Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of a dental practice
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and front office coordination
- Support and guide team communication and performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to maintain a healthy, productive work culture
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in dental office management or healthcare administration
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with dental software systems (e.g., Denticon)
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
