Join Our Growing Dental Practice as a Treatment Coordinator!

We’re excited to open a brand-new dental practice and are looking for a motivated Treatment Coordinator who’s ready to grow with us. In the early stages, you’ll play a key role in helping establish the office by supporting front desk operations, scheduling, and providing an exceptional experience for our patients.

As the practice expands, you’ll transition into a full-time Treatment Coordinator role, and we will add dedicated front desk support—giving you the opportunity to focus fully on patient consultations, treatment planning, and case acceptance.

• A strong sales skill set with a proven track record of high case-acceptance rates in both general and surgical dentistry
• A proactive, adaptable team player who enjoys building systems and shaping a practice from the ground up
• Someone who thrives in patient-facing roles and communicates confidently and compassionately

Work Hours: Mon- Fri 8:00 - 5:00, NO weekends

Salary: $24 - $30 per hour based on experience.

- 1-3 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator

- knowledge of Oral Surgery procedures

- Strong sales skills/personality

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
