We're seeking a personable, experienced General Dentist to join a respected, well-established dental office in Northwest Houston. This is a prime opportunity to inherit a full schedule and thriving patient panel from an outgoing associate who is relocating within the group — ensuring a smooth handoff, established trust, and strong production potential from day one.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM

Compensation:

• 32% of Collections

• 32% Lab Fee Responsibility (Approx. 30% of Production)

• Signing Bonus Available — enhanced for a 2-year commitment

We're seeking a confident and community-minded clinician who is:

• Experienced (minimum 2+ years) in general dentistry

• Comfortable practicing independently in a busy, established office

• Skilled in comprehensive dentistry and committed to patient relationships

• Licensed (or eligible) to practice dentistry in Texas

Technology & Clinical Environment

• Digital X-rays & Digital Pano

• Intraoral Scanner

• Rotary Endo & Implant Surgery System

• CBCT available off-site (with potential for in-house addition)

• Experienced, long-tenured clinical and administrative team
