Our thriving private practice in Wichita, Kansas — a high-performing, 100% PPO/FFS office — is seeking a full-time General Dentist to lead the team and care for a well-established patient base. Practice Details

Schedule:

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Tuesday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

• Fridays: Closed

Practice Overview:

• 6 total operatories (4 doctor / 2 hygiene)

• 1,425 active patients assigned Day 1

• Consistent 40+ new patients per month

• No other doctor on-site — ideal for a confident, self-driven dentist ready to lead

• Strong, experienced business and clinical support team

Patient Volume: 12–16 patient visits per day with immediate production opportunity

Compensation Package

• Forecasted First-Year Compensation:$230,400 – $288,000

• $1,600 Daily Guarantee for the first 90 days

• Percentage of Collections with high earning potential

• $25,000 Signing Bonus

• $60,000 Retention Bonuses ($30K end of Year 1 / $30K end of Year 2)

• All lab fees covered (no doctor expenses)

Open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates — with mentorship and peer support from the Practice Owner and clinical network.

Clinical Environment

Three-column schedule designed for efficiency and success:

• Operative Column: 5–7 procedures per day (Restorative, Surgical, Endodontic, Implant Dentistry)

• Hygiene Column: Accelerated assisted hygiene model generating 8–12 hygiene exams per day

• Support Column: 1–2 new patient exams daily, plus limited walk-ins, follow-ups, and seatings

Technology & Equipment:

• Digital pano and X-rays

• Intraoral scanners

• Soft-tissue laser, implant motor, and rotary endo systems

• Dentrix practice management software

• Experienced team for seamless clinical and administrative support
