Design Follow-Up Consultant | Base Pay + Bonus
Location: Grand Rapids, MISchedule: Monday–Friday | 9 AM–5 PMCompensation: Base Pay + Monthly Bonus | W2 EmploymentOn-Target Earnings: 60k - 80k

The Opportunity We’re looking for an outgoing, driven Design Follow-Up Consultant to join our Grand Rapids team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start or grow a sales career—with the stability of weekday hours, a base salary, and a clear path for advancement.
What You’ll Do • Follow up with homeowners who have previously met with BathWorks• Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to review updated solutions• Learn our proven design and sales process through hands-on training• Log activity, feedback, and results in Salesforce• Build relationships and help customers take the next step toward their remodel
What We’re Looking For • Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping people• Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail• Eager to learn and grow into a full design/sales career• Comfortable traveling locally for customer appointments
