This role is a critical bridge between established engineering processes and EPC project execution teams. You will ensure that engineering workflows align with project standards, requirements, and governance frameworks, providing guidance, clarification, and support to multidisciplinary teams. By mapping processes, identifying gaps, and facilitating adoption, you will drive efficiency and consistency across projects while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The position involves close collaboration with engineering leads, project managers, QA/QC, procurement, and construction stakeholders to ensure processes are understood and followed. You will also document workflows, prepare training materials, and participate in audits to maintain compliance and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to impact project performance directly while working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Accountabilities:

    • Analyze, interpret, and document engineering and project execution processes, ensuring alignment with project and organizational standards.
    • Map client processes to EPC workflows and identify areas for integration, harmonization, or improvement.
    • Provide guidance, clarification, and troubleshooting support to EPC engineering teams on established workflows.
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer, process training, and onboarding for EPC personnel.
    • Monitor adherence to defined processes, escalate issues, and support audit and compliance activities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering leads, project managers, QA/QC, procurement, and construction to resolve process ambiguities.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, recommending updates to optimize efficiency and compliance.
    • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Nuclear, or related field).
    • 6–10 years of experience in EPC project environments, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
    • Experience with structured process frameworks such as gated engineering processes, project lifecycle management, or quality management systems.
    • Strong knowledge of EPC project phases including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
    • Familiarity with process mapping methodologies (BPMN, SIPOC, flowcharting) and technical documentation.
    • Proven ability to interpret engineering deliverables, specifications, and procedures.
    • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and adaptability.
    • Benefits:
    • Competitive salary (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
    • Flexible work environment with cross-functional collaboration opportunities.
    • Professional development and training opportunities.
    • Exposure to large-scale EPC projects across multiple disciplines.
    • Opportunity to shape process adoption and improvement initiatives.
