Job Description
Job Duties:
- Preps and inspects vehicles by applying dealership decal / logo plates and removing factory vinyl protection and stickers.
- Washes exterior of new Toyotas, used (including RPs), and service customer vehicles
- Degrease engine by power washing
- Removes plastic covers
- Cleans windows including removing tags
- Applies polish / wax or sealant to exterior of vehicle to the company standard.
- Clean and prep interior of vehicle including upholstery, rugs, floor mats and other surfaces within the vehicle using a vacuum, cleaning agents, applicators, and extraction machines. May include application of a protectants for car upholstery.
- Prep wheels and tires
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment
- Inspects quality of work performed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Pick up vehicles from the shipping company.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Skilled with operating buffer, carpet extractor, pressure washer, orbital, and other detailing equipment
- Skilled with working with waxes, solvents, clay bar, and other cleaning chemicals
- Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizes
