Job Description
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our frontend team as we shape the future of AI-powered content creation.
At Gamma, our frontend experience is the heart of how users interact with our platform. You'll play a critical role in leading a team of 6-8 frontend engineers, driving technical excellence, and scaling our collaborative web application to serve millions of users.
This position is an onsite role in San Francisco with a hybrid flexible work culture. You'll be expected to come in to our Potrero Hill office 3 days per week with a schedule that works best for you.
We're looking for a leader who can balance technical vision with people management, helping us maintain our rapid pace of innovation while supporting the growth of our engineering talent.
