Job Description

At Floor & Decor, we're transforming spaces and careers across the country. The most exciting thing we're building isn't just floors-it's a company where dreamers, thinkers, and doers shape our future. With over 250 stores and counting, this is where ambition meets opportunity. Are you looking for new challenges? Let's build what's next.

Your Work Matters

Make your mark on every new store we open. At Floor & Decor, data doesn't sit on the sidelines. As our Manager of Real Estate Reporting and Sales Forecasting, you'll lead the analytics and insights behind every new store launch, market strategy, and location decision-impacting the future footprint of one of the fastest-growing retailers in the U.S.

You'll own the systems, tools, and vendor relationships that fuel our Real Estate strategy. From market-level decisions to site-specific analysis, your work will shape where, why, and how we grow. You'll also partner across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure every location is backed by the right data and the right story.

Your Days Will Consist Of

  • Owning and managing the analytics systems and vendor relationships that power real estate forecasting and site selection-from system performance to contract oversight.
  • Delivering fast, reliable site-specific and market-level insights that help the Real Estate team make confident, data-informed decisions about where to open new stores.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with teams like Operations, Commercial Sales, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to provide data and reporting that directly supports store launches and the national growth strategy.
  • Acting as the primary analytics advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence multi-million-dollar investments.
  • Leading GIS and mobile data platform usage to analyze trade areas, market opportunities, and post-opening performance of new locations.
  • Continuously improving reporting tools and processes, identifying gaps, driving adoption of new methods, and ensuring data integrity across all systems and touchpoints.

You'll Be Successful With

  • A strategic, problem-solving mindset with the ability to connect data to real-world business outcomes-especially in the context of site selection and expansion.
  • Strong technical skills with analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx, plus familiarity with GIS and mobile data platforms used in real estate or market analysis.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and data contracts-including SLAs, renewals, access control, and issue resolution.
  • Confidence presenting insights to leadership, making recommendations, and influencing decision-makers with data that tells a clear story.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to juggle long-term initiatives, urgent requests, and multiple stakeholders at once.
  • A background in real estate analytics, business intelligence, or consulting where you've worked cross-functionally and directly contributed to strategic decisions.

Join a fast-paced, high-growth company where your insights shape our future-literally.
