Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will support full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and HR administrative tasks working closely with hiring managers and HR partners. 

 

About the Role:

  • Work with hiring managers to initiate job requisitions, monitor approvals, and post externally.
  • Ensure candidate dispositions are completed timely and accurately throughout the duration of the job posting.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring team, including external agencies, and candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens for select roles, provide feedback to the hiring manager and HR to determine the appropriate next steps.
  • Partner with the HR Manager to submit offer packages for required approvals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional team members to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new hires; conduct orientation on a rotating basis as needed.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years in an administrative role, preferably in human resources or talent acquisition.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management are essential.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge and support of Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action legislation and other legal aspects of interviewing, hiring, and HR. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or HRIS preferred.
  • Experience with remote employees and sales teams.
