Job Description

While no job description can possibly provide a comprehensive list of job duties, the following is a summary of the major responsibilities for the position.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean, disinfect, and maintain ladies' and men's relaxation rooms and Fitness Center.

  • Clean and maintain Fitness Center and Spa.

  • Retrieve and dispose of laundry. Fold towels and robes throughout the Spa and Fitness Center.

  • Maintain proper levels of supplies to perform duties for the Spa and Health Club.

  • Maintain knowledge about the hotel features and services, outlets, and hours of operation.

  • Be always an ambassador of the hotel and the company, in and out of the workplace.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all guests and general hotel information.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.

  • Understanding of the luxury & quality environment.

  • Previous housekeeping or spa experience required.
