Diesel Technician- Heavy & Medium-Duty Trucks

Are you a skilled, hands-on diesel technician who enjoys troubleshooting and solving mechanical challenges? Join our expanding team in Mardela Springs, MD, where you'll use your expertise to diagnose, service, and repair heavy- and medium-duty commercial trucks. We're seeking reliable technicians with a strong work ethic, the ability to learn quickly, and excellent attention to detail. Prior Kenworth experience is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

• $27-$37/hour (based on experience)
• Production bonuses available
• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 (for qualified candidates)
• Full-time, first shift- Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair diesel vehicles as directed by the Service Manager
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus)
• Maintain precise documentation of all repairs performed and parts used
• Communicate with OEM/factory tech support as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
