Heavy Equipment Shop Mechanic - Vermeer
Annapolis Junction, MD | Vermeer All Roads
Vermeer All Roads is seeking an Experienced Heavy Equipment Shop Mechanic to perform diagnostics and repairs on Vermeer equipment and components in our Annapolis Junction dealership. Compensation & Schedule
$25-$40/hour (based on experience)
Production bonuses available each pay period
Full-time, flexible schedule - no nights or weekends

Responsibilities
Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Service Manager
Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulic, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
Perform welding/fabrication as needed
Recommend and document repairs; prepare accurate cost estimates
Maintain detailed and accurate service records
Communicate with the factory/OEM for technical support
Handle additional duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Hands-on experience with hydraulics, electrical troubleshooting, and hydrostatic systems
Welding experience preferred
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to travel locally for occasional field service calls as needed
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Vermeer All Roads does not provide H-1B sponsorship)
