Position Overview
As a Digital Communities Coordinator-Social Media, you will be helping manage our online presence. In this role, you will help manage and execute the social media strategy of Instagram and Facebook, as well as, assist with all other social media platforms: Snapchat, TikTok and X. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring our company's Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve brand relevancy and cultivate a community for the brand. You will also be expected to track and monitor trends across social media and ideate fun and innovative new ways for Celsius to activate on social.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Creativity, ability to generate innovative ideas, and adaptability to changing trends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia skills can be a plus.
- This position requires flexibility in work hours, especially during high priority campaigns, events, or to manage social media interactions outside regular business hours. 10-15% business travel will be required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Define, understand, and monitor KPI’s.
- Assist with planning and maintaining the posting calendar for Celsius social platforms.
- Ensure all content posted is on-brand and copy is in the correct tone of voice according to Celsius Brand Guidelines
- Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Monitor and track campaign performances by reviewing social media analytics.
- Implementing innovative strategies to enhance the brand’s online presence.
- Manage content creators to ensure final content aligns with content briefs.
- Create and edit creative video and photo content for Instagram and Facebook.
- Assist with drafting content briefs for specific initiatives.
- Write effective, concise copy that is on brand for multiple platforms and social networks.
- Attend applicable CELSIUS events to create and capture content for owned social platforms [10-15% travel will be required].
- Work closely with wider team members to ideate and execute content needs and campaigns.
- Work cross functionally with wider Marketing teams to execute brand initiatives.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
