Job Description

MBI is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help execute and support our full suite of digital services, from campaign deployment to technical integrations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in launching digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads)
Build and update client websites and landing pages (WordPress)
Manage form integrations, automation workflows (Zapier), and basic CRM tasks
Support internal and client setups for forms, lead flows, and email tools
Track project tasks, compile reports, and support analytics

Skills & Qualifications:

Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable learning new platforms
Familiarity with:
- Meta Business Suite & Google Ads basics
- WordPress & web content editing
- Automation tools (Zapier, CRM workflows)
- Microsoft Excel (sorting, formulas, clean data usage)

Strongly Preferred Background:

Understanding of PHP and database structures (MySQL)
Web development or troubleshooting skills
Experience with automation workflows and integrations
Exposure to email platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)
