Digital Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing digital projects, preferably in the electric or technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
