Job Description

WHY PATIENTS NEED YOU

The RetailPharmacy Enablement Secondment for US Vaccines willbe responsible forassistingin formalizing the strategy, tactical execution, processes,communicationsand systems to maximize the Retail Pharmacy team’s engagement with customers. This individual will work collaboratively across Pfizer Vaccines to continuously improve the effectiveness of Retail Pharmacy team colleagues bydeveloping and executing training curriculum, expandingcapabilitiesand developing a best-in-class operational infrastructure. This role will proactivelyidentifyissues that couldimpactRetailPharmacy goals andidentifysolutions to ensure the team can maximize the businessopportunity with prioritized customers.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

  • This position will serve as a Retail Pharmacy subject matter expert and work collaboratively across Pfizer Vaccines to continuously improve ability to cover national and regional Retail Pharmacy accounts.

  • The scope of work projects and programs may include the Retail Pharmacy Team’s development & productivity, impact results by evolving and improving the effectiveness of the operational infrastructure, training curriculum, capabilities, analytical approach, technology platforms and promotional resources – all in partnership with cross-functional partners in CCG, GCET, IIS, and others. 

HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT

  • Work with Retail Pharmacy Team Lead to prioritize strategy, activation, and execution plan for US Retail Pharmacy Team organization.

  • Annual Planning for Retail Pharmacy team support to maximize productivity.

  • Collaborate withCCG andUS Marketing teams, field leaders, and Retail Pharmacy leadership to develop and execute robust meeting agendas, trainingcontentand workshops.

  • Collaboratewith GCET partners on training initiatives and account management academy.

  • Contribute to HQ-based platform functions such as dashboard and reporting initiatives.

  • Lead and manage critical projects to advance organizational effectiveness in a dynamic customer environment and across customers of US Vaccines.

  • Assistin day-to-day operational tasks.

​​QUALIFICATIONS 

Must-Have

  • BA/BS with 6+ years of experience.

  • 3 or more years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Demonstrated understanding of the pharmaceuticalsalesoperational environment.

  • Highly organized with Strong project management capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple teams / functions at Pfizer, both field and HQ-based.

  • Highly effective atutilizingcurrent sales & account management technology platforms.

  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities to derive insights from sales data.

  • Strong communication(written and verbal), influencing, negotiating, listening and interpersonal skills to effectively develop /maintainproductive internal and external relationships.  

  • Effectively communicates with colleagues at all levels across multiple functions (including senior leaders in the organization) with ability to influence outcome of interactions.

  • Strong internal networking skills tosolicitinformation and integrate industry best practices to the organization.

Nice-to-Have

  • MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience; OR PhD or JD with 1+ years of experience.

  • Recent US Vaccines experience and Retail Pharmacy channel strongly preferred.

NON-STANDARDWORK SCHEDULE,TRAVELOR ENVIRONMENTREQUIREMENTS

  • Remote & in person engagement, with some travel to NYHQ and team meetings.
