Now Hiring for All Shifts (Full-Time & Part-Time):

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Base pay starts at $18.20/hr and increases with experience.Immediate openings — start making a difference right away.

Your Role as a DSP Caregiver:

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and ADLs
• Support medication administration and health monitoring
• Prepare meals and provide dietary support
• Provide transportation and support community activities
• Promote socialization, independence, and positive relationships

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid Michigan driver’s license required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Compassion, teamwork, and flexibility
