Boeing Global Services is looking for a Director KC-135 Program Management. The Director of Program Management will be able to join the team fromOklahoma City, OK.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

• Single point P&L, customer & internal responsibility for the successful performance of the KC-135 Program (approx. $250M business).

• Lead direct line PMs & cross-functional teams in “start-right” execution of recently awarded major structures replacement programs. 

• Develop and implement program strategies to capture future KC-135 business – both required by the long-term sustainment roadmap and evolving new capability requirements.

• As the Senior Program leader, continue to drive Boeing Values & Behaviors within the cross-functional teams.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Aninterimand/orfinalU.S.SecretClearancePost-Startisrequired.

• Deep aerospace – manufacturing, assembly & supplier management experience

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets goals and strong skills in program execution to schedule and budget.

• Proactively and quickly makes sense of complex issues; responds effectively to complex and ambiguous situations; communicates complicated information effectively

Summary pay range: $170,000 – $230,000
