Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services is looking for a Director KC-135 Program Management. The Director of Program Management will be able to join the team fromOklahoma City, OK.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
Single point P&L, customer & internal responsibility for the successful performance of the KC-135 Program (approx. $250M business).
Lead direct line PMs & cross-functional teams in “start-right” execution of recently awarded major structures replacement programs.
Develop and implement program strategies to capture future KC-135 business – both required by the long-term sustainment roadmap and evolving new capability requirements.
As the Senior Program leader, continue to drive Boeing Values & Behaviors within the cross-functional teams.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Aninterimand/orfinalU.S.SecretClearancePost-Startisrequired.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
DoD experience in contracting & execution with a high level of business acumen
Demonstrated practitioner of PMBP principles
Ability to develop strong customer relationships
Demonstrated ability to lead in a cross-functional matrix environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Deep aerospace – manufacturing, assembly & supplier management experience
Demonstrated results in driving operational excellence / continuous improvement
A strong natural leadership style that moves people to act, motivates and inspires excellence and innovation
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets goals and strong skills in program execution to schedule and budget.
Proactively and quickly makes sense of complex issues; responds effectively to complex and ambiguous situations; communicates complicated information effectively
