Job Description
The Director of the Cath Lab is responsible for leading and managing all operational activities within the department, including resource allocation, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance. This role includes strategic planning, service development, and coordination of high-quality patient care across assigned departments to ensure an exceptional experience for patients, providers, and clinical teams.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Registered Nurse or General Radiographer or Nuclear Medicine Technologist or Radiation Therapy Technologist or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
3-5 years' experience in a progressive Cardiac Cath Lab environment.
BLS and ACLS within 30- days of hire.
Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient in academic and hospital research methodologies.
Demonstrates the ability to carry out detailed written and verbal instructions independently.
Ability to lead and contribute to cardiac care team effectively.
Ability to stay updated on advancements in cardiac practices and technologies.
Proficient in the use of MS Office and other systems and programs.
