What You’ll Do
As the Director of Business Development, you will lead community outreach and growth initiatives to expand access to care. You will:
- Develop and implement strategic business development and marketing plans.
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, behavioral health providers, and community organizations.
- Oversee admissions growth strategies to increase patient census and community impact.
- Lead and mentor the business development/admissions team.
- Represent the facility at community events, professional conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Track and analyze referral trends, market data, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with leadership to align growth goals with organizational mission.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required;
- 3+ years of business development, marketing, or admissions leadership in healthcare (behavioral health experience strongly preferred).
- Proven success in building referral networks and increasing census.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Must be 21 years or older.
