JRI Provides Training So That: 

• YOU will be able to oversee Glenhaven’s education department in hiring, supervising, team-teaching as part of supervision, evaluation and training, unit planning, curriculum planning, technology integration, IEP development, development and oversight of related systems to support these tasks. 
• YOU will be able to work in tandem with Glenhaven’s Clinical, Nursing, Residential Department and Administrative team to provide a shared vision of supportive and enriching programmatic services and to maintain positive relationships with outside agencies, families, and other involved parties.
• YOU will be able to provide leadership as a meeting chair, public school liaison, and among others.

Requirements:

• Masters in Special Education, or a related field required. 
• MA DESE license in Moderate Disabilities, grades 5-12 required. 
• A MA DESE Special Education Administrator license is required. 
• Supervisory experience in an administrative or leadership role. 
• Residential setting or Group Home experience strongly preferred. 
• Maintain a valid driver's license. 
• At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
