Neighborhood Health Services Corporation (NHSC) is looking for a Director of Finance to join our dynamic team. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in a supportive, community-focused organization.________________________________________What You’ll Do:As our Director of Finance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and transparency, while serving as a liaison between the various clinical and non-clinical departments as well as our Board. This is a growth opportunity where you will learn about NHSC’s critical role in the community, help develop sustainable operational practices, and contribute to the organization's success.  Your responsibilities will include:✅ Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial statements✅ Work with the leadership team to develop, monitor, and enhance proformas✅ Maintain and organize financial records✅ Provide critical input to clinical and non-clinical leaders to enhance operations✅ Recommend cost-saving and revenue-enhancing strategies✅ Collaborate with special projects and initiatives________________________________________What We’re Looking For:   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required) Ability to develop “out of the box” solutions to challenges    Minimum 5 years of accounting experience; nonprofit experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)    Experience with accounting systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal________________________________________Why NHSC?At NHSC, we’re more than just a workplace—we’re a community.
