Neighborhood Health Services Corporation (NHSC) is looking for a Director of Finance to join our dynamic team. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in a supportive, community-focused organization.________________________________________What You’ll Do:As our Director of Finance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and transparency, while serving as a liaison between the various clinical and non-clinical departments as well as our Board. This is a growth opportunity where you will learn about NHSC’s critical role in the community, help develop sustainable operational practices, and contribute to the organization's success.  Your responsibilities will include:✅ Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial statements✅ Work with the leadership team to develop, monitor, and enhance proformas✅ Maintain and organize financial records✅ Provide critical input to clinical and non-clinical leaders to enhance operations✅ Recommend cost-saving and revenue-enhancing strategies✅ Collaborate with special projects and initiatives________________________________________What We’re Looking For:
  •     Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required) Ability to develop “out of the box” solutions to challenges
  •     Minimum 5 years of accounting experience; nonprofit experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) 
  •     Experience with accounting systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
