How You’ll Make An Impact
The Director of Food & Beverage works to create a positive work environment for the team while also ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food. Operations & Financial Management
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring adherence to policies, standards, and procedures
- Assist in the ordering, receiving, and inventory control of food, beverages, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
- Assist in preparing and managing the annual Food & Beverage budget, including cost control for food, beverage, and labor
- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise Food & Beverage team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Support team growth through coaching, employee relations, and ongoing development
Guest Experience & Quality Standards
- Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining personal contact with guests dining
- Maintain product and service quality standards by addressing deficiencies and initiating improvements
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service that enhances guest satisfaction and retention
What does success look like in this role?
- College degree or at least five years of food & beverage related experience
- Three years or more in Food & Beverage management positions
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
