The Product

Strata's Maverics Platform unifies enterprise identity systems with both modern and legacy applications - without rewriting code - saving millions and accelerating transformation.

Now we've taken the next leap forward with our Agentic Identity Security product, the world's first identity layer purpose-built for AI:

Strata's Agentic Identity Orchestration product is designed to be super easy to evaluate and test using a self-service model (hybrid-PLG) and we charge by consumption - the more agents a customer secures the more they buy.

Reports to: VP of Sales

The Role

Strata is building the sales engine for one of the most urgent technology shifts of our time: securing the AI revolution. We're looking for a quota-crushing Director of Inside Sales who lives to hunt, close, and expand enterprise deals-and can scale a high-velocity sales motion while leading from the front.

This isn't a "coach from the sidelines" job. You'll be carrying a quota, closing Fortune 2000 accounts, and setting the pace for a hungry inside sales team. If you want to build something big and have the grit to win against the best, this is your shot.

What You'll Do

  • Close Enterprise Deals: Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close 6-figure+ identity security contracts with Fortune 2000 companies.

  • Set the Example: Lead from the front with your own pipeline, showing what it takes to crush quota.

  • Build Pipeline at Scale: Architect outbound and inbound engines that deliver consistent, high-quality opportunities.

  • Expand & Renew: Drive land-and-expand motions that turn initial wins into multi-year, multi-million-dollar relationships.

  • Shape the Playbook: Refine sales processes that scale-no theory, just proven tactics that win.

  • Collaborate to Win: Work with marketing, product, and customer success to accelerate adoption and growth.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of exceeding ~$1M ARR quotas.

  • Proven closer in security, identity, or enterprise SaaS.

  • Experience selling into Fortune 2000 accounts and navigating complex enterprise buying cycles.

  • Player-coach DNA: you'll lead a team by winning deals yourself.

  • Executive presence-you can command a room with a CIO and rally a team of SDR/Account Representatives.

  • Startup grit-you thrive in high-growth chaos and love turning pressure into results.

Compensation

  • OTE: $250,000

  • Base: $125,000

  • Variable: $125,000 (uncapped commissions)

  • Equity: Own a piece of Strata's growth
