Job Description

ABOUT ACCOMPLISH

Accomplish Health is a telehealth obesity medicine practice providing science based, stigma free personalized care. By first treating the underlying metabolic conditions including insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, and obesity we help people to build sustainable, healthy habits while maximizing the affordability and accessibility of the care each person needs.

Accomplish Health is a data-centric, objective focused, collaborative, and iterative culture where feedback and open communication are encouraged. We're building experiences and creating clinical tools that help healthcare professionals personalize the experience for each patient. Our clinical model leverages pharmacotherapy, nutrition therapy, health coaching, and connected devices in a virtual care environment.

Accomplish Health is seeking a hands-on, strategic, and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead and own all marketing initiatives across B2C and B2B channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role combines high-level strategic leadership with day-to-day execution, spanning patient acquisition, partner marketing, brand development, creative oversight, and performance measurement.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an entrepreneurial marketing leader who thrives in fast-growing health-tech environments. As we scale nationally, you will help build a modern, high-performing marketing function that drives both patient growth and partner expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy across B2C and B2B channels.

  • Collaborate with the CEO to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market priorities.

  • Ensure brand consistency and clarity across all touchpoints.

Patient Acquisition & Growth (B2C)

  • Lead and manage external patient acquisition teams, including paid media and performance marketing.

  • Own full-funnel growth metrics, including leads, conversion, CAC, and ROI.

  • Partner with clinical, product, and operations teams to optimize onboarding and lifecycle communications.

B2B & Partner Marketing

  • Develop co-branded marketing materials for health system, employer, and provider partners.

  • Create internal and external campaigns, including mailers, email, decks, one-pagers, and microsites.

  • Translate clinical outcomes and economic value into compelling, partner-ready messaging.

Brand, Creative & Content

  • Manage external web development and creative agencies, setting direction and reviewing output.

  • Oversee creative development across digital, email, paid media, and print.

  • Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Vendor Management, Analytics & Optimization

  • Serve as primary owner of all external marketing vendors and agencies.

  • Define KPIs, build dashboards, and communicate marketing performance to leadership.

  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize marketing effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or high-growth consumer services.

  • Proven experience owning full-funnel marketing and managing external agencies.

  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, brand management, lifecycle marketing, and B2B collateral.

  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.

  • Highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience in startups or scale-ups in virtual care, digital health, or population health.
