Join our client, Ascension Franciscan Plance as a Director of Nursing (DON)!

What You'll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers ️️)
Lead and direct all clinical operations to ensure the highest quality of resident care
Oversee nursing team workflows, staffing, and day-to-day service delivery
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet care goals and maintain compliance
Guide strategic planning, department budgeting, and clinical programming
Serve as a mentor-developing and supporting staff through education, coaching, and accountability
Proactively manage audits, admissions, discharges, and regulatory compliance
Act as a key liaison between nursing, residents, families, and executive leadership
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Dedication & Drive )
Active RN license in good standing
Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience (10 years preferred)
At least 2 years in a leadership or management role (5 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards
Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence
Ability to inspire and lead clinical teams under pressure
