Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown Colorado.Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (with on-call leadership responsibilities)

What You’ll Do

As the Director of Nursing (DON), you will lead our nursing department and ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. You will:

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate nursing staff to support professional growth and excellent patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and leadership to improve treatment outcomes.
• Ensure evidence-based practices in psychiatric nursing, medication management, and crisis intervention.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and department performance improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Current RN license (in good standing).
• BSN required; MSN or healthcare leadership degree preferred.
• 3+ years of nursing leadership experience (psychiatric/behavioral health preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Must be 21 years or older.
