Job Description
Job Title: Director of Nursing (DON) Transitions Healthcare Gettysburg is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to organize and oversee all nursing operations of the facility. You will create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies while fostering an environment where all personnel will be able to do their best in caring for residents and their families. Being efficient, dedicated, a good listener and a problem-solver is what will open our door for you. The goal is to foster an excellent environment that will support everyone in working to the benefit of the facility and residents alike. Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications: Proven supervisory experience in a Long Term Care setting. Registered Nurse in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania Degree in nursing; Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare administration is a plus Point Click Care experience preferred.
