Ready to be part of our journey?We are seeking a Disbursements Coordinator in our St. Louis office for our accounting department. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the vendor database, collecting W-9s from vendors, as well as verifying banking information. You’ll create all checks and process electronic payments to vendors, as well as review supporting documents for accuracy on each payment. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and has an accounts payable background with a customer centric focus. In addition to great benefits, a fabulous work environment and a super-collaborative, friendly team, CCA Global Partners offers a hybrid work schedule with opportunity to work remotely Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays after initial training period.Our Disbursements Coordinator will:
- Create checks & process electronic payments (including reviewing all backup, mailing checks and required support) ensuring accuracy and compliance of all payment documentation.
- Maintain and update vendor database with mailing address, banking information and email to ensure data integrity and payment efficiency.
- Assist with preparation and distribution of annual 1099 tax forms.
- File/scan supporting documents (including electronic filing); clerical. Manage document organization to ensure records are accessible, accurate and audit ready.
- High school diploma with 2-3 years’ accounting experience.
- Excellent quantitative, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with accounts payable; as well as experience using automated systems and integrated accounting software.
- Ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful and concise manner.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, and Outlook).
