Job Description

Location: Green Bay, WI (In-person, up to 10% travel within one hour of Green Bay)Compensation: $40,000 base salary plus commission (percentage of profit per closed deal)Earnings Potential: $60,000 - $70,000 or more, depending on performanceEmployment Type: Full TimeEasy Home Sale is seeking a full-time, motivated Disposition Manager to join our real estate investment team in Green Bay, WI. This role focuses on selling properties we do not intend to flip and developing strong relationships with investor buyers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Find and secure qualified buyers for wholesale properties and investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investor buyers and real estate partners.
  • Handle buyer inquiries, respond to leads, share property details, and grow the buyer list.
  • Negotiate deals and apply effective closing techniques to maximize profit per transaction.
  • Manage the dispositions pipeline and track progress using CRM and spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth deal handoffs.
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends and investment strategies.
  • Perform light travel (up to 10% within one hour of the Green Bay area).

Qualifications:

  • 4 plus years of experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, including wholesaling, fix and flip, and buy and hold.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals confidently.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with basic Google tools such as Docs, Sheets, and Drive, and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.

Compensation and Growth:

  • Base salary of $40,000 per year.
  • Commission based on a percentage of profit per closed deal.
  • High-level training will be provided through a third party to ensure your success.
