Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years multi-unit supervisory experience in the restaurant, retail or hospitality industry
  • Good oral/written communication, analytical/decision-making and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Strong ethical values
  • P/L and cost management skills
  • Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and direct supervision of multiple restaurants
  • Ensure Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) meet or exceed their annual goals by actively engaging in the coaching and direction of junior management on a day-to-day basis
  • Maintain company standards in food safety, product and facility specifications
  • Introduce and reinforce new company products and initiatives
  • Select, train, develop and motivate junior management
  • Respond to immediate or severe customer service needs
  • Role model appropriate skills and behaviors in the restaurant
