Position Purpose:
The sales rep, commission is paid based on the sales they generate. Some of their main responsibilities are identifying and pursuing new opportunities, conducting product demos and presentations, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating contracts.
Major Functional Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets to maximize earnings
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications
Required Education:
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Work Experience: 0 - 6 Months
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation
- Self-motivation and goal orientation
- CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection

Work Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year
