Job Description

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize, scan, and appropriately manage inbound responses to patient medical record requests to support compliance audits, organizational risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring activities.
  • Responsible for scanning supporting documentation to demonstrate performance of medically necessary services.
  • Address problems as they occur.
  • Assists Supervisor of Regulatory Audits with other areas of responsibility as requested.
