Driver/Maintenance Assistant
Centennial Post Acute | Anchorage, AK
Full-Time: $26 - $29/hr

What You'll Do
Safely transports residents to and from medical appointments, community outings, and other scheduled destinations.
Assists residents in and out of the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
Conducts pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Keeps the vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
Complies with all traffic laws, facility safety policies, and HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
Assists the Maintenance Director with routine maintenance and repairs, including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and groundskeeping tasks.
Performs basic building inspections and reports safety or maintenance concerns.
Helps set up or move furniture and equipment as needed.
Responds to work orders promptly and ensures timely completion of assigned tasks.
Participates in safety drills and supports emergency preparedness activities as assigned.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL with passenger endorsement preferred but not required.
Minimum of one (1) year of driving experience, preferably transporting elderly or disabled individuals.
Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair preferred.
