Location: Superior Ford, Plymouth, MinnesotaSchedule: Monday–Friday, Daytime HoursPosition Type: Full-Time | Union Position

No Evenings or Weekends – Maintain a healthy work/life balance with weekday, daytime hours.
What You’ll Do:
Shuttle guests to and from the dealership.
Pick up and deliver guest vehicles.
Assist in parking and prepping service vehicles.
Move vehicles in and out of the service shop, including use of equipment like a bobcat.
Pick up and deliver automotive parts locally.
Wash, vacuum, and fuel rental vehicles.
Test drive service vehicles when needed.
Assist with light maintenance and building cleaning during slow times.
Coordinate with service advisors to ensure timely vehicle handling.
What We’re Looking For:
Over 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to drive a wide range of vehicles (including manual transmission) in all seasons.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
Authorized to work in the United States.
