Purpose of Role
Responsible for managing campaigns across Connected TV (CTV), YouTube, and other programmatic video platforms to drive lead acquisition and brand visibility. Works closely with creative, CRM, and analytics teams to build test-and-learn strategies, implement audience segmentation, and ensure measurable business impact across all streaming initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Owns our streaming media strategy and optimizes all streaming media campaigns across CTV, YouTube, and other programmatic video platforms.
- Develops and manages structured testing roadmaps to improve campaign performance across creative, targeting, bidding, and placements.
- Partners closely with the creative team to develop high-performing video assets and implement feedback loops based on performance insights.
- Collaborates with CRM and Marketing Operations teams to align campaigns with audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and nurture flows.
- Analyzes campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve CPL, reach, and conversion rates.
- Owns budget planning and pacing for streaming media, ensuring efficient delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Stays current with platform trends, media innovations, and audience behavior in the video streaming space to inform campaign planning.
- Ensures all campaigns comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements in a highly regulated financial services environment.
- Provides transparent reporting and contribute to regular business reviews with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
Qualifications- Experience/Skills/Competencies
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing streaming/CTV or video advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Demonstrated success driving results across YouTube, programmatic video platforms, and/or connected TV environments.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, video metrics, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization in streaming media.
- Recent experience developing test plans and working with creative teams to optimize content based on platform performance.
- Analytical mindset with experience in media platforms (e.g., DV360, YouTube Ads), analytics tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Experience integrating streaming campaigns into full-funnel strategies with CRM and retargeting components.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Experience in financial services, mortgage, or other regulated industries preferred.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($104,600 - $130,700) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer. We offer a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time-off benefits, flexible spending account, 401(k) with employer match, and ESPP.
