Position Overview: As an Automotive Technician/Mechanic, you will play a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure safety and performance. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about automotive technology who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work with cutting-edge diagnostic tools and receive continuous training to advance your skills and career.
What You’ll Do:
  • Perform detailed vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs, ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify necessary repairs, replacement parts, and required labor, proactively communicating needs to the appropriate departments.
  • Execute mechanical and electrical repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all repairs meet quality control standards and that completed work is thoroughly tested before vehicle release.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and stay current with emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Certification(s) from ASE or other recognized automotive programs (or a willingness to earn them).
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments, ensuring clear communication and workflow efficiency.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or auto repair shop.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience working with electronic diagnostic tools, repair manuals, and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
