Schedule: 1 day per week | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $33.88
About the Role:
GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team in Clovis, NM. This per-diem role is ideal for a skilled PTA who is passionate about patient care and looking for a flexible opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in executing individualized treatment plans
- Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
- Monitor and report on patient progress
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery goals
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Valid New Mexico PTA license and BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
- Proficiency in therapeutic modalities, exercise techniques, and EMR systems
- Strong communication skills, compassion, and teamwork
