-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry into our computerized systems.
-Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
-Engage in sales activities by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
-Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding client services.
